Lesson Overview
We are positive that your beginner ESL students will enjoy this topic for conversation practice! Conversation classes are straight-forward and focus only on one thing - getting your students talking! We usually introduce our lesson plans with a video or article, but since this is a beginner lesson plan we are sticking to only vocabulary and speaking prompts.
This ESL Home Conversation lesson plan will force beginner students to come out of their shells and talk about their own home. Students have to complete a quick vocabulary exercise to make sure they learn new words at the beginning of the lesson.
Thereafter, students focus solely on free conversation. This ESL Home Conversation class will give your students an opportunity to express their opinions about their homes and where they want to live.
