Lesson Overview

This A2 ESL Easter lesson plan begins with a warm-up game which presents an opportunity for students to ease into the lesson and be introduced to the topic . Next, there is an engaging vocabulary task which teaches new words in a fun, engaging manner.

Afterwards, there is a fun reading task which explores more Easter celebrations around the world. That is followed by a dialogue exercise which allows learners to further practice the new words. The lesson culminates with two activities which are designed to get your students talking.

Homework

As with all adult lesson plans on ESL Pals, there is an excellent homework task to supplement this awesome ESL Easter lesson plan. Students are given a writing task where they are encouraged to use all the words and language taught in the main lesson
