This A2 ESL lesson explores the topic “What’s Your School Like?”, helping students learn useful vocabulary and phrases for describing schools, school life, subjects, and daily routines.

Learners discuss different types of schools, describe their own school experiences, and practise using key vocabulary such as uniform, recess, playground, cafeteria, boarding school, facilities, subjects, and school activities. They develop their ability to talk about school life, share opinions, and compare different learning environments.

Through a variety of engaging activities, students build confidence describing their schools, discussing their favourite subjects, expressing preferences, and giving opinions about what makes a good school.
