Lesson Overview

In this A1 ESL lesson plan on Mother's Day, students will learn words about mums and talk about their own mum, through learning the key verbs and adjectives needed. It's a fun way to practice English while celebrating mothers!

The class begins with a fun warm-up exercise. Next, they are introduced to new words related to the topic, which they are then challenged to use in the next exercise. 

There is an awesome video-based activity which enables students to practise their comprehension skills through true or false, sentence completion and questions.
