Lesson Overview

This ESL hospitality lesson plan begins with a fun warmer. Next, there is an engaging customer question and response which allows learners to see how language is used naturally, before a series of discussion questions. 

Following that, participants are presented common words and phrases from the hospitality industry, which they have to use in a series of thought-provoking tasks. Afterwards, an interesting article is given to the students, along with a host of exercises.

This ESL hospitality lesson plan then moves on the grammar section of the lesson. The use of just, yet, already and still with the present perfect tense is studied as this tense is regularly used when requesting or complaining. The lesson finishes with a general discussion exercise. Activities:

Homework
