Lesson Overview
In this B2 ESL lesson plan, students explore the topic of stress and discover practical ways to manage pressure and difficult situations. They begin by discussing common sources of stress, personal experiences, and situations that can make people feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or unable to cope.
