Lesson Overview

In this A1 ESL lesson plan on Father's Day, students will learn words about dads and talk about their own dad, through learning the key verbs and adjectives needed. It's a fun way to practice English while celebrating fathers!

The class begins with a fun warm-up exercise. Next, they are introduced to new words related to the topic, which they are then challenged to use in the next exercise. 

There is an awesome reading-based activity which enables students to practise their comprehension skills through true or false, sentence completion and questions.
