Lesson Overview

In this A1 ESL lesson plan on my daily commute, students will learn basic vocabulary and phrases to describe how they travel to work or school, using the present simple tense and everyday transport words.

The class begins with a fun warm-up exercise. Next, they are introduced to new words related to the topic, which they are then challenged to use in the next exercise. 

There are awesome vocabulary and speaking activities that enable teachers to ensure their students comprend the new words and are able to use them in context. 

In this A1 lesson plan on my daily commute there is an excellent reading activity that challenges students to learn new words in context. The lesson finishes with fun speaking games which are designed to help student progression while ensuring they are fully engaged and loving learning.
