Lesson Overview
In the class, participants will explore a multitude of areas related to ‘Leadership’ while learning new words. Firstly, learners will study leadership adjectives and qualities. Then students will investigate ‘leadership styles’ through an informative article, before completing vocabulary and discussion exercises.
Additionally, participants will investigate ‘how leaders motivate their employees’. We have had great success delivering this lesson to a range of students, we have discovered that it is beneficial for students from B2 level to advanced. We particularly love the ‘leadership scenarios’ exercise because the intriguing case studies stimulate an interesting debate in a safe, structured environment.

Homework
In this homework task, students are challenged to create idioms, related to leadership and management, before being asked to answer a series of questions. The purpose of this excellent homework section is to allow students to continue studying in their free time. The exercise continues with the theme of the lesson, giving structure through an engaging activity.
