Lesson Overview 

In this ESL business lesson plan on how to connect with coworkers, students will learn about the importance of strong relationships in the workplace. Through engaging discussions and activities, they will explore effective communication, active listening, and building rapport.

It begins with a fun warm up where students are encouraged to discuss different team bonding activities before moving on to an adjective exercise where students discuss positive and negative characteristics of coworkers. 

Afterwards, there is a detailed exercise that thoroughly explores each of the tips raised in the video. At each stage, there are different engaging vocabulary, comprehension and discussion tasks. 

The next ESL exercise of the class explores four, key topic-related phrasal verbs in detail, including definitions, use in a sentence, and questions. Finally, the lesson ends with a fun, topic-based speaking activity.
